Planned Trip: Sandia Tram, Ten3 Restaurant and a Hike on the 4 Seasons Nature Trail

Well, next weekend, April 24, I do indeed have plans with Alan to take the Sandia Tram up to the Ten3 restaurant and hike the 4 Seasons Nature Trail (weather permitting… the tram has been closed the last couple days due to high winds.) AllTrails has this listed as an easy half mile loop trail with a whopping 26 foot elevation gain. A short, flat hike for sure, but the trip is about more than the hike. It’s also about crossing another item off of my To-Do List. Even more importantly though, it’s about getting some time with Alan. And of course, we’ll finish the trip off with lunch at the restaurant. Looking at the menu, I already know what I’m going to get.

If, for some reason, we’re unable to make that trip, I might see if he wants to do the Loop Trail I mentioned in my last Planned Hike post. I hope the winds die down by then though. The weather report currently says sunny with light winds at 11 MPH but this is Albuquerque so we won’t know for sure until we’re on our way there.

I’m very excited for this day trip. Being able to cross stuff off the list is very satisfying. Knowing I’m able to is so freeing.

As always, I appreciate everyone that visits my little corner of the internet. Stay tuned for some amazing things coming.
