August 8 – 21, 2026 Upon my return to Tucson on August 10 after my trip to Phoenix, our stay began in earnest.
June 23-27, 2026 After stopping for the night in Dodge City, KS, I made my way on to the Jemez Mountains just outside of Albuquerque for what was supposed to be a nearly week-long camping trip. Supposed to be.
September 14 – 26, 2025 The end of this leg of our Summer 2025 Escape the Corn Sweat Tour was supposed to see us finish a week in Albuquerque before heading on home for a couple of weeks before our departure for our first international trip, but Brandy had other plans.
I never thought a two-day trip from one of our stops to another would warrant its own post, but with all we saw in what should have been a five and a half hour drive… yeah, this will be a hell of a post.
