As I mentioned on one of my last posts on the main blog, we are now the proud owners of a 35 foot Heartland Big Country fifth wheel RV.
After being home (and sick) for a week, we decided to try taking a trip to a nearby state park, Red Haw.
On my About page, I ended with the paragraph, “Follow me as I try to find a new part of myself, whether in the Jemez, the Sandias, somewhere in Southern New Mexico… and who knows, maybe I’ll break the state line at some point in the future.”
Just a little side post about something I’ve just noticed about myself…
With baseball season in full swing (pun intended), I’m in full summer-time mode now. Watching baseball movies serves to propel me through the season.
What a difference five years can make.
It’s the little things that make me happy, like making lists, and lists of my lists. Should I be more specific? OK.
Yesterday, January 17, 2024, was he fourth anniversary of the launching of my blog, Wandering New Mexican. What an amazing ride it’s been.
December 15 While this isn’t really an “adventure”, per se, it certainly was a pretty amazing day.
As the holidays approach, I’ve been thinking more and more about how far I’ve come to become the man I am today. I had this need to put it out there, even if I’m the only one that will ever read it.
